PHYSICAL THERAPY SERVICES

Have you been suffering from an acute or chronic injury and are looking for one-on-one rehabilitation?  Have you tried conservative options but have not gotten the results you want?  MBody You offers an individualized, holistic approach to your physical therapy needs.  Your session will always be one-on-one and it will be patient-focused.  Let your priorities and active involvement in your session, along with our physical therapist's expertise, guide you back to doing all of the things that you love to do.

1.  Evaluation and goal planning

This is a formal physical therapy evaluation of your current pain or problem area  During this one-on-one session, the physical therapist will take a detailed history of what has led you to this point.  Your strength, endurance, flexibility, range of motion, balance, stability, and movement patterns will be evaluated.  Once the assessment is finished, you and your physical therapist will discuss your goals and how to achieve them.  You will leave this evaluation with an understanding of what is going on and how you will return to your maximum potential.

2.  Follow-up HYBRID REHAB PROGRAM

Consistent care is necessary to ensure that you are moving in the right direction.  What I found while working in traditional physical therapy clinics is that patients need communication, accountability, and coaching IN-BETWEEN sessions.  In MBody You's hybrid rehab program, your PT will provided you with individualized care and progressions, coaching, support, education, and accountability, aimed at meeting your short- and long-term goals.   Some of the services we provide in follow-up treatments include:

  • Therapeutic exercise prescription and progression

  • Neuromuscular re-education

  • Dry needling

  • Tool-assisted soft tissue mobilization (RockBlade certified)

  • Manual therapy

  • Bloodflow restriction

  • Athletic taping and bracing

  • Electrical stimulation modalities

  • Home exercise prescription

  • Dance coaching services

Physical therapy services may be covered as an “out of network service” by your insurance provider.  Don’t know how to figure this out?  We can help!
