Meet Your Coach
Mary Beth is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has specialized in treating youth athletes and dancers. Mary Beth received her Bachelors in Kinesiology from LSU and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from LSUHSC-Shreveport. In 2018, she completed a physical therapy orthopedic residency program at Cincinnati Children's Hospital and became a board-certified specialist in orthopedic physical therapy in 2019. She has experience treating youth, adolescent, and adult recreational, competitive, and professional athletes, and has treated on dance tours including So You Think You Can Dance and Dancing with the Stars. She is a member of the International Association for Dance Medicine and Science, has given numerous local and national lectures on treating dancers, and has a special interest in injury risk management of the dancer.
